A kinder way to find help at home
Most people want to grow older in their own home. Most families need help to make that possible. CaregiverCrew exists to connect the two, with honesty and respect on both sides.
Why we started
Finding a caregiver is often urgent and emotional. A fall, a hospital discharge, a diagnosis, or simply a parent who is not managing as well as before. Families are asked to make an important decision quickly, often from far away, with very little clear information.
At the same time, many skilled, caring people would like to work directly with families, set their own schedules and be paid fairly, but struggle to be found.
CaregiverCrew is our answer: a marketplace where families can see real information before they reach out, and where caregivers can present their work with dignity.
What we believe
- Transparency beats marketing. Rates, availability and reviews are on the profile. Our safety page says plainly what we check and what we do not.
- Families stay in charge. You decide who to talk to, who to meet and who to hire. We do not assign caregivers.
- Caregivers are professionals. They set their own rates and choose the work they accept.
- Honest numbers only. We are a young platform. We will never inflate counts, invent testimonials or display badges that have not been earned.
What we are not
CaregiverCrew is not a home care agency, a home health agency or a nurse registry. We do not employ caregivers, and caregivers on CaregiverCrew provide non-medical support only. If your loved one needs skilled nursing or therapy, their doctor can refer you to a licensed home health provider.
Where we are
CaregiverCrew is built for families and caregivers in the United States. We are growing city by city, and the directory only shows caregivers who have completed and passed our profile review. If there are no caregivers near you yet, create a free account and we will let you know when that changes.
