You get paid

Earnings from completed bookings go to your balance for withdrawal.

Experience matters. So does character.

Families come to CaregiverCrew for non-medical help: companionship, personal care, meals, errands, respite and overnight support.

  • You are at least 18 and legally able to work in the United States.
  • You have experience caring for older adults or people with disabilities, professionally or within your own family.
  • You communicate clearly and reliably, and you respect people's homes, routines and privacy.
  • You are honest about what you can and cannot do, and you stay within non-medical tasks unless you hold the right license.

Credentials such as CNA, HHA, CPR or first-aid training are welcome on your profile. Families may ask to see the certificates.

What a great profile includes

  • A clear, friendly photo

Your face, good light, no filters or sunglasses.

  • A personal introduction

Why you do this work, the people you have cared for, and what families can expect.

  • Your service area

City, ZIP code and how far you are willing to travel.

  • An accurate weekly schedule

So families can book the hours you are actually available.

Fees and independence

What it costs

Creating a profile is free. When a booking is completed, a platform fee of 5.7% is deducted from that booking's earnings. Withdrawal methods and any withdrawal charges are shown in your dashboard before you request a payout.

Your status

Caregivers on CaregiverCrew are independent, not CaregiverCrew employees. You are responsible for your own taxes and for following the rules that apply to caregivers in your state. Consider speaking with a tax professional.
